The “flood of the century“ left not only tremendous damages, but made new friends.
Since the relief action because of the flood Rathmannsdorf is in contact with the administration community Sigmarszell (Hergensweiler, Sigmarszell and Weissensberg). A campaign for donations in the administration community yielded 36.000,00 €. This money were delivered to Rathmannsdorf in order to eleminate the damages at the nursery school Rathmannsdorf.
| During their stay in june 2005 citizens of the administration community Sigmarszell could rest assured, that their donations for the youngest citizens of Rathmannsdorf were a good investment. | |  | | |  | | Especially tight contacts of friendship were developed with the municipality Hergensweiler. Both municipalities are tightening their connectivity by mutual visits of their deputies.
